Meet the Client
I am Tori Mcklveen, a veterinarian, and board-certified Veterinary Radiologist (DVM 1997, MS 2002, DACVR -Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology 2002). I am based in Lynnwood, Washington.
Why did you reach out to PC Therapist?
I first met Mark Needham, in 2004. We bonded over edamame, my complete lack of computer skills, and the need to set up a diagnostic imaging service/ business for a new progressive veterinary referral hospital in the Seattle area. He orchestrated the initial transcription service for my imaging reports which later morphed to voice recognition and image acquisition and progressed from there.
How did PC Therapist help?
All of this worked perfectly and the only stress on me was self-imposed. To sum it up, he took care of everything. Our business interaction started with transcription but as time and technology progressed, he facilitated other aspects such as image storage, the ability to share and access images, and voice recognition to provide reports and input reports for veterinary imaging studies- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Axial Tomography (CT), digital radiography (DR), and ultrasound.
Mark has been helping and supporting me for almost 20 years. He has been present every step of the way and is always there for me, behind the scenes, identifying and addressing issues before they become a problem. If there is an unexpected urgent situation, he responds quickly and efficiently. He keeps everything running smoothly.
What are the benefits of working with PC Therapist?
Mark is very dedicated to his clients. We are not only viewed as clients or a business, but we are also viewed as friends which makes working with him a pleasure. For me it’s important, that when outsourcing managed IT services, we choose a company that is friendly, helpful, and reliable and that’s what I got with PC Therapist. I would recommend to any business in the Seattle area.
I no longer stress about computer or technology because I know Mark can fix it. I know that myself, my colleagues and all the tech is in safe hands. Basically, my blood pressure is normal thanks to Mark.
